Education: BA, Business Administration
Hello, my name is Rebecca Eichelberger and I am the Executive Director at Carroll Child Care and Learning Center. My education is in Business Administration with many years of experience in Human Resources and Accounting. I am originally from Maryland but moved to West Virginia 11 years ago. I have one son that is very active in sports and two Huskies. My family and I are very active in the baseball and racing community. In my free time I like to tend to my garden, watch baseball, and be outside enjoying the fresh air. I made a transition into childcare to make a difference in the lives of our future! I believe all children deserve a safe and healthy environment to be discover, learn, and grow! At Carroll Child Care & Learning Center, we strive every day to meet these goals for our children.
Education: AA, Early Childhood Education
Hello All! I have worked at CCCLC since August of 2017 and I absolutely love coming into work each and every day. I have been in early childhood education for over 7 years now and it is truly my passion. It is great to interact with children and just to see them learn and grow each and every day. I graduated from Carroll Community College in 2016 with an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education. I am currently enrolled at Stevenson University to obtain my Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies which will include a mix of education and business administration. About myself personally, my fiancé and I live in Westminster with our two crazy dogs. We have a Great Dane, Kimbo, and a Pug/Bulldog mix, Rocky, who are both beyond spoiled. In our free time, we spend a lot of time with friends and family. During the warmer months, my fiancé races four wheelers in GNCC, so we are often at the races on the weekends!
My name is Christy Baehr and I am the Finance Administrator for CCCLC. I work part time in the office but love coming in to see the babies and children growing and learning at the Center. I have a son and 2 daughters who keep me busy driving them to lots of lacrosse and baseball games and tournaments. I also spend time doing volunteer work for the PTA and Boosters club for my children’s schools in Howard County. I love to go jogging, play tennis, and walk my 2 dogs.
