Hello! My name is Kellie Trainor and I am the Executive Director at Carroll Child Care and Learning Center. I started working for CCCLC in November 2015 as the Lead Infant teacher. Working with the babies everyday was the absolute best! Over the years, I have worked my way into different management positions and in March 2020, I became the new Executive Director. I grew up in Manchester, MD but I now live in York, PA with my husband. I graduated from Stevenson University in 2014 with the plan of teaching in the public school systems. After graduating, I realized that wasn't the path for me and decided to change my direction towards child care because I have always loved working with younger children. I love my job because I get to see, work and play with children every single day! Getting to watch children learn and grow brings me great joy and it makes working fun! I look forward to working with the staff, children and families to help continue making CCCLC a great child care program!

My name is Alex Musser and I am the Center Director at Carroll Child Care and Learning Center. I have worked at CCCLC since August of 2017 and actually started as the Lead Teacher in the Two’s Classroom. Being the Lead Teacher in that classroom has been my favorite job that I have ever done! All those kids keep me on my feet and made it worth coming into work every day! I have been in early childhood education for over 6 years now. I started my early childhood education journey in high school when I was involved in the preschool program that was offered. Watching children learn and grow it something that I truly love experiencing. When I’m not in the office doing paperwork, I like to visit each classroom and interact with all the children! They are the best part of the job! I graduated from Carroll Community College in 2019 with an Associate’s Degree in Teacher Education. I also have taken the additional courses to have the proper qualifications to be a director. I have made the transition from Teacher to Director because I want to be able to help our teachers and children thrive in the best way possible!
My name is Christy Baehr and I am the Finance Administrator for CCCLC. I work part time in the office but love coming in to see the babies and children growing and learning at the Center. I have a son and 2 daughters who keep me busy driving them to lots of lacrosse and baseball games and tournaments. I also spend time doing volunteer work for the PTA and Boosters club for my children’s schools in Howard County. I love to go jogging, play tennis, and walk my 2 dogs.
