Our Story
Founded in January 1969, as the Carroll County Committee for the Day Care of Children at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ.
We’re the oldest early childhood education and child care program in Carroll County and the first to gain State and National credentials.

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we are dedicated to providing high-quality early education for children from 6 weeks to 5 years. Our mission is rooted in nurturing every child with professional care and a commitment to the community. We believe that every child deserves a safe, clean, and professional environment to thrive and reach their full potential.
