Welcome to Carroll Child Care and Learning Center. We are committed to providing a high-quality, nurturing environment where your child can thrive. Our tuition rates are structured to support our professional educators and maintain our excellence in early childhood education.

Fees & Enrollment
We strive for transparency in our enrollment process. Below are the standard fees and requirements for joining our Carroll Child Care family.
- Registration Fee: A non-refundable fee required to secure your child's spot.
- Security Deposit: Equivalent to one week of tuition, held on account.
- ACH Enrollment: First week's tuition must be paid via ACH at the time of enrollment.
- Annual Re-enrollment: A yearly fee to maintain your child's placement for the upcoming school year.
- Late Pick-up Fee: Charged per minute for pick-ups after the center's closing time.
Subsidies & Discounts
Multiple Child Discount (MCD)
We offer a percentage-based discount for families with multiple children enrolled simultaneously in our full-time programs.
Sliding Scale (SS) Subsidy
To support accessibility, we provide a sliding scale subsidy for families who meet specific income eligibility guidelines.
Child Care Scholarship (CCS)
We proudly accept the Maryland Child Care Scholarship Program, helping families offset the costs of high-quality early education.

Enrollment Process
We are excited to welcome your child to our nurturing environment. Our enrollment process is designed to be as smooth as the learning journey we provide.
Step 1: Initial Inquiry
Begin by contacting our office to schedule a private tour of our facility. We will discuss your child's needs and answer any questions you may have about our programs.
Step 2: Application & Interview
Complete our enrollment application and participate in a brief interview with our staff. This step allows us to get to know your family and ensure a perfect fit.
Step 3: Enrollment & Transition
Once approved, we will finalize your enrollment and begin the transition process. We will coordinate with your family to ensure a smooth start for your child.
Step 4: Welcome & Orientation
Finally, we welcome your child to the Carroll family. We provide a comprehensive orientation to help your child adjust to their new environment and friends.
